Our Approach
Identifying Applicants
We either combine all possible means to search for a candidate or make a selection of the best means in the context :
Direct approach, namely for management positions (executive search), through networking, our qualified CV database (more than 10 000), market CV databases…
Job Postings, essentially on the Internet and through colleges and universities targeted by our search.
Candidate Selection
Our Consultants conduct an in-depth face-to-face interview (1:30) and in some cases two interviews. Extra tests can be carried out according to the nature of the position and client needs (graphology, personality tests such as SOSIE, individual or collective assessments…). To do so, we can call on experienced partners such as Krauthammer International for the assessments.
The candidate is always made aware of any tests that are being done.
Supporting the Candidate’s Decision-Making Process
As consultants and facilitators we back exchanges between the client and the candidate up to the signing of the contract. We are behind the candidate from decision to resignation to integration.

- Establish a relationship based on trust and recruitment firm ethics.
We are particularly attentive to the confidentiality of missions entrusted to us by individuals as well as companies and the transparency of exchanges during the recruitment process.
- Seek candidates whose qualities, experience, motivation and potential are fully complementary with the existing team.
- Measure the correlation between the «skills-personality-objectives » profile of the applicant and the «job-values-objectives» profile of the client. Our knowledge of our clients’ and candidates’ professional environment is a guarantee that we can assess the stakes and find a potential match.
- To our clients: only accept missions for which we feel totally competent and can guarantee success in conformity with predefined objectives.
- To our applicants: make sure we sort out the right companies and opportunities and that they remain fully informed on the progress of their application.
