This offer is for companies that wish to carry out dynamic and fair internal promotion processes that can be opened to external candidates. Candidates are assessed through a classic selection process by our firm (face-to-face interviews, use of dedicated tools such as SOSIE).

Recruitment Outsourcing with Partial or Total Externalization

This offer has a global BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)-type approach applied to recruitment. It is used in clients’ global performance-boosting projects. It is implemented on the basis of a services contract that specifies how the team will function and what the commitments on quality and results will be.
