Our world is in perpetual motion. It is more and more interactive and less and less predictable with the broadening of corporate visibility, exchanges and activities. New work and organisational concepts have emerged.

Relatively stable hierarchical organizations are progressively giving way to rather informal and rapidly evolving network organizations. The focus is on external growth and mergers to reach critical sizes. Some companies thus become trans-national players whereas others develop a niche strategy.

On a human scale, this dynamic brings about new opportunities. However, the constant renewal of processes can also be unsettling.

It’s essential for companies to follow these evolutions and to keep in mind that people are at the heart of change. Their know-how and experience are assets that need to be constantly maintained and developed.
